Contra las providencias que impongan a los empleados sanción de destitución procede el recurso de reposición cuando provienen de la Corte y del Consejo de Estado, y el de apelación cuando la destitución la ordenan otros nominadores. Los recursos se interpondrán dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes al de su notificación. El recurso de apelación se concederá en el efecto suspensivo y fuere denegado procede el recurso de queja.
