La providencia se notificará personalmente dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a su expedición. Si ello no fuere posible, se fijará edicto en la secretaría del respectivo despacho por el término de cinco (5) días. Procederán los mismos recursos a instancia de la Procuraduría cuando ésta considere que la sanción ha debido ser la de destitución. Si el sancionado se encuentra en lugar diferente a la sede del juzgado la notificación se hará por comisionado.
