Perfeccionada la investigación el funcionario que la adelantó informará de ello al competente, quien procederá a su calificación mediante providencia, en la cual formulará acusación con solicitud de sanción ante el nominador u ordenará el archivo del expediente. Contra esta decisión no proceden recursos.
