La multa no podrá ser inferior al valor de cinco días de sueldo que devengue el funcionario o empleado sin exceder al de un mes. Se aplicará en caso de falta leve. El concurso de faltas, la falta grave o la reincidencia en faltas leves darán lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones de suspensión en el ejercicio del cargo hasta por treinta días sin derecho a remuneración, o de destitución.
