Una calificación insatisfactoria dará lugar a la suspensión en el escalafón por el término de un año con pérdida de las prerrogativas del mismo, salvo la capacitación. Dos calificaciones insatisfactorias darán lugar a la insubsistencia, tratándose de empleados, y si se tratare de funcionario no ser reelegido.
