La calificación ser motivada y comprenderá los siguientes aspectos: Conducta, dedicación al trabajo; calidad y organización del trabajo; actualización de conocimientos. Al impartirla se tendrá en cuenta el comportamiento público del calificado, su puntualidad, la atención al público y en fin todo lo que contribuya al análisis de su idoneidad para el servicio.
