La declaración de insubsistencia será motivada y contra ella proceden, en efecto suspensivo, el recurso de reposición ante la Corte y el Consejo de Estado y el de apelación o en subsidio el de queja en los demás casos. Estos recursos serán resueltos en el término de quince días.
