En firme la calificación, se procederá al nombramiento del ganador o ganadores en estricto orden de resultado , según el número de cargos. Quienes hubieren aprobado el concurso, y se encuentren ubicados dentro de los cinco primeros puestos, si no fueren nombrados, permanecerán en lista de elegibles, en riguroso orden de méritos, por el lapso de dos (2) años y podrán ser designados en cargos de igual naturaleza y categoría en el mismo distrito.
