Los Consejos Seccionales de la carrera funcionarán en cada uno de los distritos judiciales con sede en capital de departamento y estarán integrados así: --Un delegado del Ministro de Justicia, quien lo presidirá. --Un delegado por cada uno de los tribunales superiores con sede en el respectivo departamento. --Un delegado del Tribunal Administrativo. --Un representante de los jueces. En decisiones sobre la carrera, el delegado del Ministro solo tendrá voto en caso de empate.
