El Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia quedará integrado así: --El Ministro de Justicia o su delegado, quien lo presidirá. --Un delegado de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. --Un delegado del Consejo de Estado. --Un delegado del Tribunal Disciplinario. --El Procurador General de la Nación o su delegado. --Un representante de los funcionarios de la Rama Jurisdiccional. --Un representante de los empleados judiciales. En decisiones sobre la carrera, el Ministro de Justicia sólo tendrá voto en caso de empate . El Director Nacional de la Carrera actuará como secretario.
