º La Junta de Calidad Cinematográfica presentará a consideración el Ministro de Comunicaciones, una lista de las producciones nominadas, no superior a tres títulos en cada género, acompañada del concepto de que trata el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, pudiendo recomendar las películas ganadoras.
