Además de las que les señalen la ley y las ordenanzas que las creen, las inspecciones departamentales de policía cumplirán las atribuciones a que se refieren los literales b) y c) del artículo 9º de la Ley 11 de 1986. Estas inspecciones dependerán funcionalmente del respectivo Alcalde Municipal.
