Antes del 31 de diciembre de 1986, las Asambleas, los Gobernadores y las juntas o consejos directivos, conforme a sus respectivas competencias, procederán a reformar los estatutos de las entidades descentralizadas, a fin de dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones del presente Decreto.
