Quienes como funcionarios o miembros de las juntas o consejos directivos de los organismos a que se refiere este Decreto admitieren la intervención de cualquier persona afectada por las prohibiciones e incompatibilidades que en él se consagran, incurrirán en mala conducta y deberán ser sancionados de acuerdo con la ley.
