Con las formalidades y en los casos previstos por los estatutos, las juntas o consejos directivos podrán delegar en los representantes legales de los establecimientos públicos y de las empresas industriales y comerciales el cumplimiento de ciertas funciones a la celebración de determinados actos. Igualmente, señalarán las funciones o actos que dichos representantes legales pueden delegar en otros servidores del respectivo organismo. CAPITULO IV DE LAS INHABILIDADES, INCOMPATIBILIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES.
