Los establecimientos públicos, con el voto favorable del Gobernador o del representante de éste, podrán delegar en los Municipios o entidades municipales el cumplimiento de algunas de sus funciones. La entidad delegataria se someterá a los requisitos y formalidades prescritos para el ejercicio de las funciones delegadas. El organismo que hubiere hecho la delegación podrá con los mismos requisitos que se exigen para ella, reasumir las funciones que hubieren sido delegadas.
