Las entidades descentralizadas se someten a las normas del presente estatuto y a las disposiciones que, dentro de sus respectivas competencias, expidan las Asambleas y demás autoridades seccionales, en lo atinente a su definición y naturaleza jurídica, características, organización, funcionamiento, régimen de sus actos, inhabilidades, incompatibilidades y responsabilidades de sus juntas directivas, de los miembros de éstas y de sus representantes legales. Las sociedades de economía mixta se sujetan, además, a las cláusulas del respectivo contrato social.
