Los Contralores y Auditores Departamentales no podrán nombrar para ningún cargo, en las oficinas bajo su dirección, a los Diputados que hubieren intervenido en su elección, ni a los parientes de los mismos Diputados dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad.
