Articulo 237 . A los empleados o funcionarios públicos de la Carrera Administrativa les está prohibido tomar parte en las actividades de los partidos y en las controversias políticas, sin perjuicio de ejercer libremente el derecho de sufragio. El quebrantamiento de esta prohibición constituye causal de mala conducta. (Articulo 6º del Plebiscito de 1º de diciembre de 1957).
