Articulo 229 . A fin de que la remuneración del concesionario sea efectiva, quedan autorizadas las Asambleas Departamentales para establecer las tarifas que hayan de pagar los usuarios del servicio a que la obra concedida se destina, en la cuantía que las mismas Asambleas determinen teniendo en cuenta el costo de la obra y el plazo de explotación exclusiva del concesionario, y para confiar a éste su recaudo. Las tarifas que se autoricen por las Asambleas quedan sujetas a la aprobación del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte.
