Los servicios seccionales de salud quedan obligados a invertir un treinta por ciento (30%) como mínimo de los ingresos obtenidos por lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores en programas de acueductos y alcantarillados en la comprensión municipal de las poblaciones que tengan menos de cien mil habitantes.
