Articulo 180 . Las contribuciones nacionales de valorización en mora de pago se recargarán con interés del uno y medio por ciento (11/2%) mensual durante el primer año y del dos por ciento (2%) mensual de ahí en adelante. Los Departamentos, el Distrito Especial de Bogotá y los Municipios quedan facultados para establecer iguales tipos de interés por la mora en el pago de las contribuciones de valorización por ellos distribuidos.
