Articulo 168 . En caso de incumplimiento de la obligación establecida en el artículo anterior, las Cajas de Previsión podrán determinar la cuantía de la obligación mediante providencia administrativa que, en firme, presta mérito ejecutivo. Las obligaciones que surjan de estas providencias se harán efectivas ante la jurisdicción coactiva, y de ello se deberá dar noticia a la Procuraduría General de la Nación para los fines disciplinarios pertinentes. El empleado oficial que hubiere hecho el descuento o recibido el pago, deberá totalizar mensualmente el valor de lo recaudado por estos conceptos y lo remitirá a la Caja de Previsión correspondiente dentro de los diez (10) primeros días del mes siguiente al del recaudo.
