Las empresas productoras de cervezas, al hacer entrega de las mismas para su distribución y venta en el país, deberán liquidar el gravamen para cada entrega con base en el precio de venta al detallista que rija en ese momento en la capital del Departamento sede de la fábrica, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos anteriores.
