Para los efectos del artículo anterior se entiende por precio de venta el que se cobra sin incluir el impuesto de que trata este Decreto, sobre los productores, sus sucursales o agencias, o compañías subsidiarias, filiales o distribuidoras, así sean éstas jurídicamente independientes de las casas principales, por el artículo, empacado o no, a los vendedores al detal o directamente a los consumidores en el lugar de producción.
