De acuerdo con el artículo 83 de la Ley 14 de 1983, están derogados los impuestos establecidos en el artículo 2º del Decreto 1626 de 1951, el artículo 7º de la Ley 4º de 1963, la letra a) del artículo 6º de la Ley 49 de 1967, la Ley 36 de 1969 y las demás normas contrarias a los artículos anteriores.
