Quedan vigentes las normas sobre impuesto a las ventas o al valor agregado aplicables a los licores, vinos, vinos espumosos o espumantes, aperitivos y similares y aquellas relativas a la cesión de este impuesto, así como el gravamen de fomento para el deporte de que trata el literal b) del artículo 2º de la Ley 47 de 1968 y todas las normas relacionadas con el impuesto a las cervezas, excepto la prohibición de gravar la industria y el comercio cerveceros con el impuesto de industria y comercio.
