Los recaudos que los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, obtengan por el impuesto previsto en el artículo 111 deberán destinarse por lo menos en un ochenta por ciento (80%) a gastos de inversión y/o servicios de la deuda contratada para inversión.
