Fíjanse las siguientes tarifas anuales del impuesto de timbre nacional establecido por el numeral 2º del artículo 14 de la Ley 2º de 1976 y regulado por el numeral 2º del artículo 1º del Decreto 3674 de 1981

a)

Vehículos automotores de servicio particular, incluidas las motocicletas con motor de más de 185 cc. de cilindrada: Hasta $ 350.000 de valor comercial: ocho por mil; Entre $ 350.001 y $ 700.000 de valor comercial: doce por mil; Entre $ 700.001 y $ 1.200.000 de valor comercial: dieciséis por mil; Entre $ 1.200.001 y $ 2.000.000 de valor comercial: veinte por mil; $ 2.000.001 o más del valor comercial: veinticinco por mil.

b)

Vehículos de carga de dos y media toneladas o más: Hasta $ 350.000 de valor comercial: ocho por mil,; Entre $ 350.001 y $ 700.000 de valor comercial: doce por mil; $ 700.001 o más de valor comercial: dieciséis por mil.
