Los actos de las Asambleas Departamentales destinados a dictar disposiciones para el arreglo de alguno de los asuntos que son de su incumbencia se denominarán ordenanzas; los que tengan por objeto la ejecución de un hecho especial, como un nombramiento, o la decisión de un punto determinado, que no imponen obligaciones ni crean derechos a los asociados, se denominarán en general resoluciones.
