Para el cumplimiento de las funciones previstas en el artículo anterior, el Gobierno Nacional creará comités presididos por el respectivo Gobernador e integrados por los jefes o directores de las oficinas seccionales de los Ministerios y de los organismos adscritos o vinculados a cada uno de éstos. En el caso de creación, se fijarán la composición de cada comité y su nomenclatura, la cual se determinará teniendo en cuenta el sector administrativo para el cual actúan y el área territorial de su jurisdicción.
