Los sindicados o condenados por el delito de homicidio con fines terroristas y por los delitos de que tratan los artículos 1º, 4º, 6º, 7º, 8º, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 31, 32, 33, 34 y 35 del Decreto 180 de 1988, adoptado como legislación permanente por el Decreto 2266 de 1991, no podrán recibir rebajas de pena ni cualquier otro de los beneficios previstos por las normas penales y administrativas vigentes.
