º Los Juzgados de Orden Público creados por el Decreto 1631 de 1987, tendrán la siguiente planta de personal: NUMERO CARGO GRADO 1 Juez de Orden Público 1 Abogado Auxiliar de Orden Público 19 1 Secretario 13 3 Escribiente 07 1 Citador 04

Parágrafo

Para efectos fiscales, los funcionarios y empleados de los despachos referidos en el presente artículo que se hubiesen posesionado antes del dieciséis (16) de marzo de 1988 y hubiesen laborado a partir de esa fecha ininterrumpidamente, se entenderá que han estado vinculados al juzgado respectivo sin solución de continuidad.
