Propagación de la epidemia. Las personas que incumplan los deberes consagrados en los artículos 36 y 41 del Capitulo V del presente decreto, podrán ser denunciadas para que se investigue la posible existencia de delitos por propagación de epidemia, violación de medidas sanitarias y las señaladas en el Código Penal.
