Decreto 1543 de 1997 · DECRETO 1543 DE 1997, 12/06/1997, por el cual se reglamenta el manejo de la infección por el Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana (VIH), Síndrome de la Inmunodeficiencia Adquirida (SIDA) y las otras Enfermedades de Transmisión Sexual (ETS).

Comité Ejecutivo. Créase con carácter permanente el Comité Ejecutivo de Promoción, Prevención, Asistencia y Control de las ETS y del SIDA, el cual estará integrado así

a)

El Director General de Promoción y Prevención del Ministerio de Salud;

b)

El Jefe del Programa Nacional de Prevención y Control de las ETS y el SIDA, o quien haga sus veces, el cual deberá ejercer las funciones de Coordinador General del Comité;

c)

El Jefe de Educación en Salud del Ministerio de Salud;

d)

El Jefe de Salud Sexual y Reproductiva del Programa de Desarrollo Humano del Ministerio de Salud;

e)

El jefe de Acciones Prioritarias en Salud del Ministerio de Salud.
