Artículo primero. Lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º del Decreto número 003152 de 1947, se aplicará igualmente al servicio nocturno de los transbordadores de las carreteras nacionales, y a las labores de cargue y descargue de los buques marítimos y fluviales, en los terminales marítimos, a juicio de los Administradores de los mismos.
