La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud impondrá sanciones personales a los representantes legales de las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud, Administradoras del Régimen Subsidiado (ARS) y Entidades Promotoras de Salud (EPS), cuando incurran en aquellas conductas encaminadas a ocultar a la autoridad de supervisión la situación real de acreencias en la relación entre la Administradora del Régimen Subsidiado y la institución encargada de la prestación del servicio.
