En ejercicio de sus funciones, corresponde a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud impartir las instrucciones necesarias para la correcta aplicación de las normas relativas al flujo de recursos del Régimen Subsidiado desde el origen de la fuente hasta el pago al prestador efectivo de los servicios.
