º. Adiciónase el Decreto número 3654 de 1946 (diciembre 24), en el sentido de disponer que le movimiento de fondos dentro y fuera del país que requiera la Caja de Previsión Social de los Empleados y Obreros Nacionales, se hará por la Tesorería General de la República a petición de dicha Caja, y por conducto de las correspondientes oficinas de Hacienda Nacional, de conformidad con las normas que para el movimiento de fondos oficiales fije o tenga fijadas el Departamento de Contraloría.
