Los bonos de deuda interna y externa de la República de Colombia, de los Departamentos, de las Intendencias y Comisarías, del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, de los Municipios y de otras entidades gubernamentales colombianas, así como los bonos y cédulas hipotecarias de bancos nacionales, que se hubieren emitido con anterioridad a la expedición del presente decreto, están exentos del impuesto de patrimonio.
