El valor de los pagos o abonos en especie que sean constitutivos de ingresos o costos, se determina por el valor comercial de las especies en el momento de la entrega. Si en pago de obligaciones pactadas en dinero se dieren especies, el valor de éstas se determina, salvo prueba en contrario, por el precio fijado en el contrato.
