º. se presume que hay simulación cuando quiera que de la celebración de uno o más actos jurídicos del contribuyente resulte manifiesta disminución de los impuestos que el Fisco hubiera percibido, de no haberse efectuado tales actos. Esta presunción admite prueba en contrario. Si la presunción no fuere desvirtuada, se practicará la liquidación de impuestos como si los referidos actos no hubieren efectuado.
