El Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA-, expedirá un paz y salvo a los usuarios por concepto del pago de las tasas, y no le tramitará ninguna solicitud de renovación de concesión o permiso, traspaso, aumento del caudal o asistencia técnica, mientras no se encuentre a paz y salvo por este concepto.
