Cuando la reglamentación de que trata el Capítulo I del Título V de este Decreto, tenga por objeto los vertimientos a una corriente o depósito de agua, el estudio, además de los temas previstos por el artículo 110, deberá comprender los siguientes

Censo de vertimientos;

Clasificación de la corriente receptora conforme al artículo 205;

Efectividad de los sistemas de tratamiento ya existentes y de los proyectados, y

Proyección del manejo de la corriente o depósito receptor. Esta actividad se adelantará conjuntamente con el Ministerio de Salud.
