Cuando las aguas servidas no puedan llevarse a sistemas de alcantarillado público, regirá lo dispuesto por el artículo 145 del Decreto - Ley 2811 de 1974, y su tratamiento deberá hacerse de modo que no se produzca deterioro de las fuentes receptoras, los suelos, la flora o la fauna. Las obras deberán ser previamente aprobadas conforme a las normas de la Sección I de este Capítulo.
