Los propietarios, poseedores o tenedores de fundos en los cuales nazcan fuentes de agua o de predios que están atravesados por corrientes o depósitos de aguas, o sean aledaños a ellos, deberán cumplir todas las obligaciones sobre prácticas de conservación de aguas, bosques protectores y suelos, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
