Las obras colectoras y aductoras de sobrantes o desagües de riego deben tener capacidad suficiente para recoger y conducir las aguas lluvias, de tal modo que eviten su desbordamiento en las vías públicas y en otros predios; los planos a que se refiere este Título deben incluir tales obras y sus características.
