Cuando por causa de crecientes extraordinarias u otras emergencias, los propietarios, poseedores, tenedores o administradores de predios o las asociaciones de usuarios, se vieren en la necesidad de construir obras de defensa, sin permiso del INDERENA, deberán dar aviso escrito al Instituto dentro de los seis (6) días siguientes a su iniciación. Dichas obras serán construidas con carácter provisional, cuidando de no causar daños a terceros, y quedarán sujetas a su revisión o aprobación por parte del INDERENA.
