Se concede plazo de un año, contado a partir de la vigencia de este Decreto, para que los usuarios o beneficiarios de obras, trabajos o instalaciones actualmente en uso, y que no hayan sido registradas, presenten para su inscripción en el registro los documentos a que se refiere el ordinal a del artículo 188 de este Decreto. El Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA-, podrá prorrogar el plazo anterior por cuencas, o regiones hidrográficas.
