Para evitar la interferencia que pueda producirse entre dos o más pozos como consecuencia de la solicitud para un nuevo aprovechamiento, el Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA-, teniendo en cuenta el radio físico de influencia de cada uno, determinará la distancia mínima que debe mediar entre la perforación solicitada y los pozos existentes, su profundidad y el caudal máximo que podrá alumbrarse.
